1. Before You Book

How do I make a booking on your website?

You can make a booking by contacting us through Whatsapp at +33 (0) 1.77.47.21.23.

You can make a booking by using the booking form on our website.

 

What information do I need in order to book?

In order to carry out the service effectively we will need your name, phone number, number of person, the number of pieces of luggage, the flight number or train number and the drop off address. If you are travelling with children, we will need the age of the children in case we have to add a baby seat or booster seat in the car.

I cannot find a route I want to book. What to do?

In case the route you want to book does not appear on the booking form you can contact us by phone or message via Whatsapp at +33 (0) 1.77.47.21.23, we will indicate you the price and we will be able to proceed to the booking if necessary.

You can also send us an inquiry by email at booking@pariscarservices.com and we will answer you as soon as possible with the price of this route, if necessary the booking can be made by mail as well.

How do I pay for my transfer?

You can request a cash payment to the driver or make a prepayment on our secured website.

Can I book a transfer with more than one stop?

Yes you can book a transfer with more that one stop , you can tick the appropriate box in the booking form and put the direction in the comment part.

If you are booking by email, phone or whatsapp you can indicate us all the extra stops you need to make  and we will indicate you the total price of the booking and go ahead with it if needed.

What luggage entitlement will I have?

Sedan Car up to 3people

You are allowed to take 3 suitcases and 3 handbags.

Station Wagon up to 4people

You are allowed to take 4 suitcases and 4 handbags

Minivan up to 8people

You are allowed to take 10 suitcases and 8 handbags.

For special luggage like golf clubs or surf boards please kindly book the minivan service.

 

Do you provide baby seats and booster seats?

We are providing booster seats free of charge in a minivan vehicle, station Wagon and Sedan Car.

The request for a baby seat or booster seat must be made at the time of the reservation by ticking the appropriate box.

How far in advance should I submit my reservation?

You can submit a reservation at least 2hours before the requested transfer time. If this is a last minute booking it is recommended to contact us by phone or Whatsapp at +33 (0) 1.77.47.21.23.

 

Can I transport my Cat/Dog in the car?

Animals are allowed aboard station wagon cars and minivan, provided that they are placed in cages designed for their transport. We accept animals free of charge.

2. How To Manage My Booking

My group size has changed, can I choose another vehicle?

You can modify your vehicle type by contacting us by mail at  booking@pariscarservices.com , by calling us at  +33 (0) 1.77.47.21.23 or thanks to Whatsapp business at +33 (0) 1.77.47.21.23 . The modification is free of charge and can be made at least 2 hours before the arrival or departure time. We will adjust the price corresponding to your new vehicle type.

How far in advance can I change or cancel my reservation ?

You can change or cancel your booking by sending us an email at booking@pariscarservices.com ,  by contacting us through Whatsapp at +33 (0) 1.77.47.21.23 or by calling us at +33 (0) 1.77.47.21.23.

You can modify your booking at no additional cost up to 2hours prior to your booking time. If this is a late modification please kindly contact us by phone or Whatsapp.

You can cancel your booking at no additional cost up to 24hours prior to the scheduled transfer.

How can I cancel my booking?

You can cancel your booking by email at booking@pariscarservices.com or by phone at +33 (0) 1.77.47.21.23. You can also send us your cancellation through Whatsapp at +33 (0) 1.77.47.21.23.

Cancelations can be made at no additional cost up to 24 business hours prior to the transfer time. If you have prepaid your transfer , a refund will be made as soon as we received your cancellation request.

 

 

3. Before You Travel

Where will I meet the driver when I arrive?

At the airport, the driver will wait for you at the exit of the baggage claim of your flight holding a board with your name on it.

At the train station, the driver will wait for you at the end of the platform corresponding to your train number, he will hold a board with your name on  it.

What happens if I can’t locate my driver?

In case you cannot locate your driver, please kindly contact us by phone at  +33 (0) 1.77.47.21.23 or by Whatsapp at the same number and we will help you find him. The driver also have your phone number if you have submitted it and he will be in touch with you.

What happens if my flight is delayed or cancelled?

We are always monitoring the flights and we will send you a vehicle at the new arrival time however it is recommended to advise us by phone or whatsapp as sometimes the information we got is not accurate.

In case of cancellation you can request the postponement of the service , if you wish to cancel the service it must be done at least 2hours before the initial time of the booking at no additional cost.

 

How much should I tip the driver?

Tipping is not mandatory and is left to the discretion of the customer based on the quality of service provided.

4. After Your Journey

What can I do if I lost an Item in the vehicle?

In case of lost item in the vehicle please contact us immediately by phone or Whatsapp at +33 (0) 1.77.47.21.23 so that the driver can return it to you as soon as possible. Please kindly note that we might ask you for a supplement if the driver has already left and need to make another journey to return the item to you.
